SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO invites Users to carefully read these Terms of Sale. Any order placed implies acceptance of these Terms. Product specifications are provided on the Website. It is the Customer's responsibility to take them into account before purchasing. Photographs or graphics displayed on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

These Terms apply to all transactions concluded through the SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO website. A Customer is any natural or legal person placing a validated order with SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO through our secure payment platform.

Any order placed on SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO implies full acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

Prices are listed in euros excluding taxes. Prices may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one displayed at the time the order was placed.

Applicable taxes within the European Union are added at checkout.

Under no circumstances may a User demand the application of discounts that were no longer valid on the date of the Order.

Payment is required at the time of order, including for pre-order products.

You may pay by credit card or Google Pay. Secure online payment by credit card is processed by Polar.sh.

All transmitted information is encrypted using industry-standard software and cannot be read during transmission over the network. All security guarantees for this system are entirely the responsibility of Polar.sh, a trusted provider processing millions of secure payments daily.

Access to digital products will be provided through the secure Polar.sh platform. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with your login credentials. We ask that you keep them private in order to easily access your current and future orders.

All elements of the site and products are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Cyrille Daclinat.

No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use in any way, even partially, any elements of the site whether software, visual, or audio, or to share their personal login credentials with any third party.

Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code stipulates that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services and products consisting of 'the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software' as they cannot, by their nature, be returned.

The end user therefore acknowledges that the fourteen (14) day withdrawal period does not apply to orders for eBooks or other digital/virtual products or services, which are fulfilled by sending download links and/or access links constituting definitive delivery. When purchasing digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

No refund can therefore be granted following an Order.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct personal data relating to you. By agreeing to these Terms of Sale, you acknowledge that you have read our personal data protection policy.

SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO reserves the right to modify the Website, these Terms of Sale, as well as any delivery procedures or other elements of the services provided by the Company or through this Website.

SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO cannot be held liable for the unavailability, whether temporary or permanent, of the Polar.sh website. Although all reasonable means are implemented to ensure continuous service, interruptions may occur at any time. Furthermore, SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO reserves the right to voluntarily make the Website unavailable in order to carry out updates, improvements, or maintenance operations.

The plugin sold on SECRETS DE MONTEUR PRO requires the prior and independent installation of FFmpeg (https://ffmpeg.org) to function properly. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that:

• —The Customer is informed that FFmpeg is free software distributed under its own license terms, which must be consulted and respected.
